Under the supervision of Chef Christophe Pelé and Pastry Chef Thomas Zachariou, you will discover the organisation of the Clarence Pastry.
The tasks you will be given include :
• Processing food products
•
• Helping to prepare gourmet desserts and pastries,
• Supporting the brigade during service (lunch or dinner),
• Maintaining your workstation,
All in compliance with the standards, production procedures and HACCP hygiene standards in force.
